Do I need to be present for delivery for pick-up?

Yes, in most cases someone over the age of 18 needs to be present to sign for and accept the delivery. If for some reason you will not be present, let us know in advance and we may be able to work out a special delivery if there is a safe space to leave the boxes and dollies.

What are the replacement fees for lost rental items?

We charge a $25 fee for each lost box and a $75 fee for each lost dolly. Equipment will be counted by our local team during the pick-up process.

What if I need more bins than previously expected

We will gladly drop-off additional boxes within 48 hours. Simply contact us during the rental period to let us know how many more boxes you need. For any additional order of less than 25 boxes, you will be charged a $25 delivery fee.

Does Loaded handle my move as well?

Loaded only provides boxes and dollies, you are responsible for the move itself.

Damaged bin cost?

Up to $25 per box depending of the severity of the damage.

How are the bins cleaned?

Hand-cleaned between rentals

Can I keep my rental items longer if I need to?

Of course! We are more than happy to work with you to make your move as easy as possible. Just call or text (214-864-6188) or email us to extend your rental.

What is the cost of delivery?

The cost of the bedroom packages includes one delivery, and one pick up. Any additional trips will cost $25.00.

What should be moved first when packing a truck for a move?

Place the heaviest objects in the back of the truck. This usually entails furniture, mattresses, and large appliances.
